开启机遇之路,跑出互利共赢“加速度”

“面对疫情挑战,拥有稳定的国际贸易和物流运输通道非常重要。”2020年新冠疫情在全世界蔓延以来,中国依托中欧班列,为欧洲和“一带一路”沿线国家,乃至世界各地,送去了抗击疫情急需的救援物资,让全世界充分感受到了中国人民和世界各国人民守望相助、共克时艰的坚强决心,充分展示了中国共建“一带一路”,推动构建人类命运共同体的积极作为。

我们欣喜地看到,中欧班列自开通以来发挥国际铁路联运独特优势,大力承接海运、空运转移货物,为稳定国际供应链、产业链,助力中欧共同抗疫发挥了重要作用,跑出了互利共赢的“加速度”。统计表明,2020 年,在全球受到新冠疫情冲击,各国经济发展受到重大影响的情况下,中欧班列持续保持逆势增长和安全稳定畅通运行,全年开行12422列,同比增长50%,首次突破“万列”大关,一举达到 2016 年开行量的 7.3 倍。

中欧班列开通以来,到目前为止,已经实现了从最初的“点对点”向“枢纽对枢纽”的转变。截至目前,中欧班列已开通21个国家的 92 个城市,铺画中欧班列专用运行线73条,西安、重庆、成都等 3 个城市中欧班列年开行量均超过 2000列,合计占全国开行总量的58%。中欧班列跑出互利共赢“加速度”,推动沿线国家深化经贸合作,创造更多市场机遇。

中欧班列开启一条充满活力的机遇之路,为深化欧中经贸合作提供强大助力。“ 武汉—基辅”班列抵达基辅市利斯基货运站,不仅送去了乌克兰急需的中国物资,还把乌克兰丰富的木材、矿产和农业资源等带回中国;“蓉欧快铁”在把中国的电子设备、航空产品配件等运往荷兰的同时,还带回了当地生产的汽车配件、整车、奶粉和红酒等,使得双方在提升贸易种类和数量方面有了巨大的增长空间。

中欧班列不仅成为联通国内外的重要渠道,也拉动了中国内陆城市对外开放。截至 2020 年末,全国有中欧班列开行的城市已经超过50个,开行量累计破百的城市达29 个,重庆、成都、西安、郑州、乌鲁木齐已经跃居中欧班列五大枢纽节点城市,且五大枢纽节点城市2020年的开行量均超1000列。

事实证明,中欧班列对沿线国家的贸易辐射也在日益加强。2020年,我国与沿线国家货物贸易额达1.35万亿美元,占我国总体外贸的比重达到29.1%。

中欧班列作为我国助推“一带一路”建设的物流品牌,8年来的实践表明,“一带一路”倡议,已穿越非洲、环连亚欧、延伸拉美-加勒比……“朋友圈”变得越来越广阔,以共建“一带一路”为实践平台推动构建人类命运共同体,为促进世界经济增长、实现共同发展开辟了新路径。

Relying on the China-Europe Railway Express, China has sent urgently needed relief supplies to European countries along the Belt and Road and even the rest of the world since the COVID-19 Pandemic spread throughout the world in 2020. The whole world was fully aware of the strong determination of the Chinese people and people of other countries to help each other and overcome difficulties together. The determination fully demonstrated China's positive actions in jointly building the Belt and Road and promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
We are pleased to see that since its inception, the China-Europe Railway Express has exerted its unique advantages in international rail transport, and played an important role in stabilizing the international supply chain and industrial chain, which has helped China and Europe fight the Pandemic together and achieved acceleration for mutual benefit and win-win results. Statistics show that in 2020, when the world was hit by the COVID-19 and the economic development of various countries was greatly affected, China-Europe Railway Express continued to grow against the trend and operate safely, stably and smoothly, with 12,422 trains in operation throughout the year, an increase of 50% year-on-year,, breaking the "10,000 trains" mark for the first time and reaching 7.3 times the trips in 2016.
Since the opening of China-Europe Railway Express, it has realized the transformation from the initial "point-to-point" to "hub to hub". Up to now, China-Europe Railway Express have been opened to 92 cities in 21 countries, and 73 dedicated lines have been set up. The annual trips of China-Europe Railway Express in Xi 'an, Chongqing and Chengdu each exceeds 2,000, accounting for 58% of the total trips in China. The China-Europe Railway Express have achieved a win-win "acceleration" to help countries along the route deepen economic and trade cooperation and created more market opportunities.
The China-Europe Railway Express has opened up a dynamic path of opportunities and provided a strong boost to the deepening of China-EU economic and trade cooperation. The Wuhan-Kiev Railway Express arrived at the Liski Freight Terminal in Kiev, not only delivering urgently needed Chinese goods and materials to Ukraine, but also bringing Ukraine's abundant timber, mineral and agricultural resources back to China. The "Rong-EU Express Rail" not only shipped Chinese electronic equipment and aviation product accessories to the Netherlands, but also brought back locally produced auto parts, whole cars, milk powder and wine, etc., which provided a huge room for the two sides to increase the types and quantities of trade.
The China-Europe Railway Express has not only become an important channel connecting China and other countries, but also opened up inland Chinese cities to the outside world. By the end of 2020, more than 50 cities in China have operated China-Europe Railway Express, and 29 cities have operated more than 100 trips in total. Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi 'an, Zhengzhou and Urumqi have become the five largest hub cities of China-Europe Railway Express. Each of the five hub cities operated more than 1,000 trips in 2020.
It proved that the trade radiation of China-Europe Railway Express to countries along the route is also increasing. In 2020, China's trade in goods with countries along the Belt and Road reached $1.35 trillion, accounting for 29.1% of China's total foreign trade.
Practice in the past eight years has shown that the Belt and Road Initiative has made our "Friend Circle" larger and larger, and it has now extended to Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. As a logistics brand in China that promotes the construction of the Belt and Road, the China-Europe Railway Express will use the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" as a practical platform to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind, opening up a new path to promote world economic growth and achieve common development.
