《丝路百科》杂志经国家新闻出版署批准于2018年12月创刊，由中国出版集团主管，中国大百科全书出版社主办，丝路国际智库交流中心运营。

《丝路百科》国内统一刊号CN10-1600/G1。国际标准大16开本,全彩印刷,国内外公开发行。

《丝路百科》杂志是国家级社科知识类月刊，主要有高端访谈、国别报告、国际交流、大使看丝路、丝路论坛、丝路智库、丝路文化、专题报道、丝路资讯、丝路使者、系列辞典等栏目。以增进丝路国家文化交流，服务“一带一路”建设为宗旨。 坚持正确的舆论导向和办刊方向，刊载丝路沿线国家的政治、经济、文化、历史、地理、科技、自然景观、风土人情等方面的百科知识，让世界更全面的了解和认知中国，认识丝路。 

《丝路百科》以解读“一带一路”的全景姿态为使命，传承丝路精神，传播丝路文明，传递丝路资讯。

传承丝路精神是本刊的指导思想，是以习近平总书记“一带一路”倡议和一系列关于“一带一路”的讲话为指导，宣传丝路精神、党和政府的相关政策。

传播丝路文明是本刊的主体内容，是承担起传播中华文明的使命，推动“一带一路”沿线国家人文交流与合作的平台和纽带。

传递丝路资讯是本刊的重要功能，紧密围绕党和国家提出的实现“一带一路”高质量发展目标，传递最新的、有价值的信息。

Approved by the National Press and Publication Administration, Silk Road Encyclopedia was launched in December 2018. It is managed by China Publishing Group Corp., sponsored by Encyclopedia of China Publishing House, and operated by the Silk Road International think tank exchange center.

Silk Road Encyclopedia adopts the international standard large 16 format, full color printing, and the national unified issue number is CN10-1600/G1.

Silk Road Encyclopedia is a national social science knowledge monthly journal with the purpose of serving the Belt and Road construction and promoting cultural exchanges among countries along the Belt and Road. The main columns of Silk Road Encyclopedia include high-end interviews, country reports, international exchanges, ambassadors talking about the Silk Road, the Silk Road Youth Forum, Silk Road think tank, Silk Road culture, special reports, Silk Road news, Silk Road messenger and so on.

The magazine adheres to the correct direction of public opinion and publication, and publishes encyclopedia knowledge on politics, economy, culture, history, geography, science and technology, natural landscape, local conditions and customs of countries along the Silk Road, so that countries around the world can have a more comprehensive understanding of each other and the Silk Road.

Silk Road Encyclopedia, with a mission of interpreting a panoramic view of the Belt and Road, inherits the Silk Road spirit, disseminates the civilization and information of the Silk Road.

Inheriting the Silk Road Spirit is the guiding ideology of the magazine, which is guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road Initiative and a series of speeches on the Belt and Road to publicize the Silk Road spirit and relevant policies of Communist Party of China(CPC) and government.

The dissemination of Silk Road civilization is the main content of this journal. It is a platform and bond to undertake the mission of disseminating Chinese civilization and promote cultural exchanges and cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road.
