丝路国际智库交流中心有限公司（简称：丝路智库交流中心）于2018年2月在北京注册成立。丝路国际智库交流中心以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义为指导,是服务“一带一路”高质量发展，推动“一带一路”智库国际交流，建言献策、学术研究、项目合作的实体性智库平台。

丝路智库交流中心为“一带一路”合作开展专题研究，提供理论支持；宣传介绍“一带一路”合作理念，促进文明互鉴交流；研究“一带一路”建设的新型全球化意义，助力构建“一带一路”国际话语体系；为“一带一路”各领域合作提供规划、策划、项目论证、法律咨询、风险评估等方面的服务。

丝路智库交流中心坚持正确导向，结合国际发展的要素、机遇和挑战，围绕“一带一路”合作机制和实例开展研究，形成高质量成果。坚持以青年交流互动为重点，打造“一带一路”青年高端智库对话平台，发挥青年先锋队作用。坚持以人文交流为前导，通过多种形式的活动、会议讲好新时代的“丝路故事”，培育“一带一路”的共同精神家园。

丝路智库交流中心，采用“智库交流＋”模式，与国内外相关机构合作，开展联合调研和学术研讨。围绕“一带一路”重要现实问题组织政产学研开展研讨，不断提高务实合作的能力和水平。逐步成为“一带一路”建设的智慧聚集地，信息枢纽站，合作助推器。

 

Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Silk Road Think TankExchange Center") was officially established in Beijing in February 2018. It is a solid think tank platform whose core work promotes policy communication, people-to-people bond, academic research, exchanges, and cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Silk Road International Think Tank, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, has played a role in promoting political communication and people-to-people bond along the Belt and Road, guiding public opinion, developing theoretical innovation, and providing social services.

 

Silk Road International Think Tank provides theoretical support for the cooperation along the Belt and Road. It publicizes the cooperative value of the Belt and Road and promotes an environment for mutual learning between civilizations. Studies on the Belt and Road building in the side of new global significance and builds an international discourse system of the Belt and Road. In addition, it provides consulting services in project demonstration, legal service, and risk prevention for the Belt and Road cooperation.

 

Silk Road International Think Tank adheres to the right orientation, combines elements, opportunities, and challenges of international development, conducts research on cooperation mechanisms and examples along the Belt and Road, and produces high-quality results. It focuses on youth exchanges and interaction, builds a dialogue platform for a high-end think tank for young people along the Belt and Road, and gives full play to the role of youth as pioneers. Guided by people-to-people and cultural exchanges, the Silk Road International Think Tank will tell the Silk Road Story of the new era through various activities and meetings and foster a common spiritual home for the Belt and Road initiative.

 

Silk Road International Think Tank adopts the "Think Tank Plus" mode, which cooperates with relevant institutions at home and abroad to conduct joint research and academic public relations. In order to enhance the capacity and level of practical cooperation, it organizes the government, enterprises, universities, and research institutions to discuss important practical issues related to the Belt and Road Initiative. It has gradually become a gathering place of wisdom, a hub of information, and a booster of cooperation for the Belt and Road Initiative.
