春风和煦，万物复苏。未来已来，AI有她。3月8日，丝路青年国际劳动妇女节座谈会在北京召开。人工智能领域专家、相关企业负责人、文化艺术界人士、“一带一路”国家驻华使节和15个“一带一路”国家青年代表汇聚一堂，共度国际劳动妇女节，畅谈以人工智能为核心的新一代信息技术革命和产业变革为女性带来的挑战和发展机遇。

As spring ushers in renewal and vitality, the future has arrived—powered by women in AI. On March 8, the Silk Road Youth Forum hosted an International Women’s Day Seminar in Beijing. The event brought together leading AI experts, industry executives, cultural and artistic figures, diplomats from Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries, and youth representatives from China and 15 BRI nations. Participants gathered to celebrate the contributions of working women worldwide and to discuss the challenges and opportunities that the new generation of AI-driven technological and industrial transformation presents for women.

丝路国际智库副理事长兼秘书长、丝路青年论坛副主席兼秘书长杨东平在致辞中首先向与会的女士致以节日的问候。他说，在人工智能的赛道上，中国在技术创新、产业发展、场景应用等方面都跑出了“加速度”。在新一轮科技革命和产业变革中，中国走在了世界的前列，不仅为本国提供了发展动力，也为世界带来了更多机遇。我们将一如既往地为广大青年服务，矢志不渝同青年携手并肩、共同迈向更加美好的未来！

In his opening remarks, Mr. Yang Dongping, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Silk Road International Think Tank, as well as Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Silk Road Youth Forum, extended warm holiday wishes to the ladies in attendance. He emphasized China has accelerated its AI advancements, positioning itself as a global leader in this new wave of technological and industrial transformation. This progress not only fuels domestic development but also presents opportunities for the international community.We will continue  to serve the youth as always, and remain committed to working hand in hand with youth to move towards a brighter future together!

中国妇女发展基金会国际合作办公室主任张蕾通过视频给女性朋友们带来美好祝福，同时也表达了希望借助丝路国际智库平台，凝聚更多社会力量，促进公益资源辐射更多妇女团体的美好愿望。

Zhang Lei, Director of the International Cooperation Office of the China Women's Development Foundation, sent warm wishes to women through a video message. She expressed hope that through the Silk Road International Think Tank platform, more social forces could be gathered to promote public welfare resources to reach more women's groups.

尼日利亚联邦共和国驻华大使馆公使Mrs.Ninikanwa O.Okey-Uche，中国信息通信研究院政策与经济研究所原总工、人工智能与经济技术发展研究中心副主任何霞，围绕“人工智能＋”给女性带来的挑战和机遇发表演讲，深刻、生动地阐释了女性在人工智能领域发展创新的优势，热情地描述了女性在“人工智能＋”催生的新技术、新业态、新模式中放飞梦想、绽放魅力的机遇和美好未来。北京理工大学自动化学院教授戴亚平畅谈了“女性如何保持对幸福的持续感受”，从事业中的幸福到家庭中的幸福，从生活态度到人生追求，美好的体验深深地感染了与会各国青年代表。

Mrs. Ninikanwa O. Okey-Uche,mni Minister at the Nigerian Embassy in China, and He Xia, former Chief Engineer at the Policy and Economic Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and Vice President of the AI and Economic Technology Development Research Center, delivered speeches on the challenges and opportunities that “Artificial Intelligence +” presents for women. They profoundly and vividly explained the advantages women have in driving innovation and development within the AI field, passionately describing the opportunities and bright future for women to soar and shine in the new technologies, business models, and industries created by “Artificial Intelligence +.”

Professor Dai Yaping from the School of Automation at Beijing Institute of Technology shared insights on "How women can maintain a continuous sense of happiness," discussing happiness in both career and family life, as well as attitudes towards life and life pursuits. Her beautiful and inspiring experience deeply moved the youth representatives from various countries in attendance.

“绽放韧性之光，展现铿锵魅力。”专家的演讲引发了与会代表的热烈反响，在中央电视台中文国际频道原主持人刘以心的主持下，青年代表与专家围绕“‘一带一路’人工智能的发展与女性作为”话题展开了热烈的讨论。人工智能将深刻改变人类生产生活方式和思维模式，实现社会生产力的整体跃升，“未来已来，AI有她”，在与专家们的交流中，青年代表深受启迪，感到了沉甸甸的收获。

"Unleashing Resilience, Showcasing Strength." The expert presentations resonated deeply with attendees, sparking a dynamic discussion moderated by Ms. Liu Yixin, former host of CCTV's Chinese International Channel. Youth representatives engaged with experts on the topic "The Belt and Road and AI Development: Women’s Role and Impact." The discussion underscored AI’s transformative power in reshaping industries, lifestyles, and thought processes, marking a major leap forward in global productivity. Inspired by expert insights, youth participants gained valuable perspectives and a profound sense of empowerment.

在丝路国际智库秘书处工作人员的精心筹划下，现场举办了器乐表演、传统漆扇制作体验等文艺和非遗文化交流活动，各国青年代表在新奇的体验中惊叹不已，会场欢声笑语，充满了欢乐的气氛。郭秀红、周勇、隋长玲、王岩钢、张淑敏五位老师提琴合奏了《化蝶》、《假如爱有天意》等曲目，唯美悠扬，把节日的气氛不断推向高潮。

Thanks to the meticulous planning of the staff at the Silk Road International Think Tank Secretariat, the event featured musical performances, traditional lacquer fan-making workshops, and other cultural exchange activities centered on art and intangible cultural heritage. Youth representatives from various countries were amazed by these unique experiences, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy. While the violin ensemble, featuring Guo Xiuhong, Zhou Yong, Sui Changling, Wang Yangang, and Zhang Shumin, performed beautiful and melodious pieces like "Butterfly Transformation" and "If Love Has Destiny," further elevating the festive mood and taking the event to new heights.

丝路国际智库高级研究员、新华社机关党委原常务副书记周勇，赞比亚共和国驻中国大使馆一等秘书Linda Namakando，丝路青年论坛副秘书长张红霞，中国书画文化发展促进会红色委员会副秘书长张云，丝路青年论坛理事、中创弘嘉文化传播（北京）有限公司董事长张琪，丝路青年论坛理事王静，唐族文化创意（山西）有限公司出品人马菓，肯尼亚青年代表Lisa Dama Akinyi,吉尔吉斯斯坦青年代表Aibekova Begimai,菲律宾青年代表Morales Lea Maed等分享了人工智能带给他们的不同感受。

Among the distinguished attendees were Mr. Zhou Yong, Senior Research Fellow at the Silk Road International Think Tank and former Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Xinhua News Agency; Ms. Linda Namakando, First Secretary at the Embassy of Zambia in China; Ms. Zhang Hongxia, Deputy Secretary-General of the Silk Road Youth Forum; Mr. Zhang Yun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Red Committee of the China Calligraphy and Painting Culture Development Promotion Association; Ms. Zhang Qi, Director of the Silk Road Youth Forum and Chairwoman of Zhongchuang Hongjia Cultural Communication (Beijing) Co., Ltd.; Ms. Wang Jing, Director of the Silk Road Youth Forum; and Ms. Ma Guo, Producer at Tangzu Cultural and Creative (Shanxi) Co., Ltd，Kenyan youth representative Lisa Dama Akinyi, Kyrgyzstan youth representative Aibekova Begimai, and Filipino youth representative Morales Lea Mae shared their different feelings brought by artificial intelligence.

丝路青年论坛国际部负责人Dahlia A. Ducreay总结发言，她表示，这是一场非常有意义的三八国际妇女节座谈会，很多人第一次体验了漆扇制作-中华非遗文化的精彩；同时优美的琴声滋润了我们美丽的心灵；专家的演讲，让女性朋友更加坚定了拥抱人工智能的自信；交流发言，让我们看到，我们的未来如此美好，如此壮丽！

Ms.Dahlia A. Ducreay, Head of the International Department of the Silk Road Youth Forum, delivered the closing remarks, expressing that this was an incredibly meaningful celebration of International Women’s Day. For many, it was their first time experiencing the beauty of traditional lacquer fan-making—a wonderful example of Chinese intangible cultural heritage. The enchanting melodies of the music nourished our souls, while the expert speeches further empowered women to confidently embrace artificial intelligence. The vibrant discussions left us with a powerful vision of a future that is not only beautiful but grand and inspiring!
