7月22日，丝路国际智库副理事长兼秘书长、丝路青年论坛副主席兼秘书长杨东平一行到访越南驻华大使馆，与越南驻华大使馆公使黄文俊等进行交流座谈。双方围绕人文交流、青年人才发展、创新技术等议题深入探讨。

双方表示，中越山水相连、世代睦邻，青年是传承两国传统友谊、推动民心相通的生力军。未来将加强青年人才合作，助力高质量共建“一带一路”，持续夯实中越友好民意基础，为构建中越命运共同体凝聚持久青年力量。

On July 22, Mr. Yang Dongping, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Silk Road International Think Tank and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Silk Road Youth Forum, led a delegation to the Embassy of Vietnam in China and held discussions with Mr. Hoang Van Tuan, Minister Counselor of the Embassy of Vietnam in China, and other representatives. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on topics including people-to-people and cultural exchanges, youth talent development, and innovative technologies.

Both sides noted that China and Vietnam are connected by mountains and rivers and have long enjoyed good-neighborly relations, with the youth serving as a vital force in carrying forward the traditional friendship between the two countries and enhancing people-to-people connectivity. Looking ahead, the two sides will strengthen cooperation on youth talent development, contribute to high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, continue to consolidate the public foundation for China-Vietnam friendship, and pool sustained youth energy for the building of a China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
