7月25日下午，丝路青年论坛、丝路国际智库举办“高举改革开放旗帜，奋发进取闪亮未来”丝路青年学习贯彻中共二十届三中全会精神专题讲座。

On the afternoon of July 25, the Silk Road Youth Forum and the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center held a special lecture on the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session, themed "Raise the Banner of Reform and Opening Up, Strive for a Bright Future."

十二届全国政协社会和法制委员会驻会副主任、丝路国际智库专家委员会主任顾伯平，全国政协委员、丝路国际智库高级研究员许进，丝路青年论坛副主席兼秘书长、丝路国际智库副理事长兼秘书长杨东平出席，与来自17个“一带一路”国家的青年代表一起，畅谈学习中共二十届三中全会精神的体会。

Gu Boping, Deputy director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and director of the Expert Committee of the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center; Xu Jin, member of the CPPCC and senior researcher at the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center; and Yang Dongping, vice chairman and secretary-general of the Silk Road Youth Forum and vice chairman and secretary-general of the Silk Road International Think Tank Exchange Center, attended the event. They, along with youth representatives from 17 Belt and Road countries, shared their insights on studying the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session.

杨东平在讲话中介绍了学习二十届三中全会精神的感悟，第一，学习二十届三中全会精神要认真通读全文，特别是全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革 推进中国式现代化的决定》，深刻理解《决定》提出的新要求、新部署，明确方向目标，领会中心任务。第二，通过学习提升自身能力与素质，适应新发展阶段的需要，在发展新质生产力中施展才干，成为共建“一带一路”高质量发展的高端人才。第三，要充分发挥青年民心相通生力军的作用，努力开展国际人文交流，通过文化、艺术等形式促进民心相通，文明互鉴。第四，推动创新合作，通过创新创业项目、产业升级、技术转移，加快“一带一路”高质量可持续发展。第五，关注“绿色丝路”建设，在节能低碳、生态环保、新能源领域有所作为。第六，加强国际传播，讲好“一带一路”故事和中国式现代化故事。丝路青年要做实干派，将理论学习转化为实际行动，在新征程上贡献青春力量。  

In his speech, Yang Dongping shared his understanding of studying the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session. Firstly, he emphasized the importance of thoroughly reading the full text, especially the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization," to deeply understand the new requirements, new arrangements, and main tasks set out in the "Decision." Secondly, through studying, youth should enhance their capabilities and qualities to meet the needs of the new development stage and become high-end talents for high-quality development along the Belt and Road. Thirdly, young people should play an active role in international cultural exchanges to promote mutual understanding and cultural exchanges through forms such as culture and art. Fourthly, innovation and cooperation should be promoted through innovative entrepreneurship projects, industrial upgrading, and technology transfer to accelerate high-quality and sustainable development of the Belt and Road. Fifthly, attention should be given to the construction of the "Green Silk Road," making achievements in energy saving, low carbon, ecological protection, and new energy fields. Sixthly, international communication should be strengthened to tell the story of the Belt and Road and Chinese-style modernization. Young people should be practical and turn theoretical study into actual action, contributing their youthful energy to the new journey.

许进以《进一步全面深化改革是一场人民战争》为题，解读党的二十届三中全会精神，指出：进一步全面深化改革的任务很重，时间很紧，只有依靠人民，才能实现进一步全面深化改革的目标。“让人民成为改革的主力军，是深化改革胜利的保障。”他从当年淮海战役500多万民工奋勇支前和安徽小岗村18位农民按红手印的史实，说明人民的力量和伟大创造力。“进一步全面深化改革是一场人民战争，胜利属于人民，改革成果将更公平地惠及人民。”

Xu Jin, in his speech titled "Further Comprehensive Deepening of Reform is a People's Battle," explained the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session. He pointed out that the task of further comprehensive deepening of reform is heavy and time is tight, and only by relying on the people can the goals of further comprehensive deepening of reform be achieved. "Making the people the main force of reform is the guarantee of victory in deepening reform." He illustrated the power and creativity of the people with historical examples such as the 500,000 workers who supported the Huaihai Campaign and the 18 farmers in Xiaogang Village, Anhui Province, who pressed their red handprints. "Further comprehensive deepening of reform is a people's war, and the victory belongs to the people, and the fruits of reform will benefit the people more equitably."

顾伯平在讲解中，从党的十一届三中全会吹响改革开放的号角，党的十八届三中全会开创我国改革开放全新局面的历史进程，说明党的二十届三中全会进一步全面深化改革的系统整体推进改革开放的逻辑，三个“三中全会”都是开启了改革开放的新征程，都具有划时代的意义。他指出：二十届三中全会提出“进一步全面深化改革”，这个“进一步”的含义，就是坚持，就是毫不动摇，就是深化完善。

In his explanation, Gu Boping outlined the historical process from the 11th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session, which sounded the horn of reform and opening up, to the 18th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session, which opened a new situation in reform and opening up in China. He explained the logic of systematically and comprehensively advancing reform and opening up put forward by the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session. He emphasized that "further comprehensive deepening of reform" proposed by the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session means persistence, unwavering commitment, and deepening improvement.

他说，《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革 推进中国式现代化的决定》，系统地提出了为什么要进一步深化改革、进一步深化改革的目标和任务、怎样进一步深化改革，即为什么、是什么、怎么干的问题。中国的改革开放和中国式现代化，为青年提供了更加丰富多元的职业选择，更加辽阔的人生舞台。青年要以积极、主动、科学的态度和方法，投身这一伟大历史征程。

He said the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization" systematically addresses why further deepening reform is necessary, what the goals and tasks of further deepening reform are, and how to further deepen reform, i.e., the questions of why, what, and how. China's reform and opening up and Chinese-style modernization provide young people with more diverse career choices and broader life stages. Young people should actively, proactively, and scientifically engage in this great historical journey.

在座谈中，丝路青年论坛国际部负责人Dahlia Allura Ducreay（爱莎）、土库曼斯坦青年Aybolek Muradova（阿依波）、加纳全国学生联合会（NUGS）-- 中国主席Akura Asase Edna Yawa、印度尼西亚青年Dwi Darmawan、丝路青年论坛秘书处秘书罗靖、加纳青年Dominic Kabenla Ackah先后发言，畅谈学习中共二十届三中全会精神的体会和思考。

During the discussion, Dahlia Allura Ducreay, Head of the International Department of the Silk Road Youth Forum, Aybolek Muradova from Turkmenistan, Akura Asase Edna Yawa, President of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) -- China, Dwi Darmawan from Indonesia, Luo Jing, secretary of the Secretariat of the Silk Road Youth Forum, and Dominic Kabenla Ackah from Ghana spoke successively, sharing their experiences and thoughts after studying the spirit of the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session.

Dahlia Allura Ducreay（爱莎）在发言中，从绿色发展、数字经济、人工智能、基础设施建设、能源合作等多方面阐述了中国式现代化给青年带来的发展机会。罗靖在发言中设问自答：二十届三中全会和我们有什么关系呢？全会精神就在我们身边！她以学习《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革 推进中国式现代化的决定》的体会对照，说明“我们在共建‘一带一路’中承担重要角色，在中国式现代化建设中有广阔的舞台，在进一步全面深化改革中大有可为”。

Dahlia Allura Ducreay elaborated on the development opportunities brought by Chinese-style modernization to youth in areas such as green development, digital economy, artificial intelligence, infrastructure construction, and energy cooperation. Luo Jing asked and answered the question, "What does the 20th Central Committee's Third Plenary Session have to do with us?" She explained that the spirit of the plenary session is close to us! She illustrated with her insights from studying the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Promoting Chinese-style Modernization" that "we play an important role in jointly building the Belt and Road, have a broad stage in the construction of Chinese-style modernization, and have great potential in further comprehensive deepening reform."

讨论发言气氛热烈，丝路青年在发言中热情地表达了对中国式现代化的感受。

The discussion was lively, and the Silk Road youth enthusiastically expressed their feelings about Chinese-style modernization.

顾伯平在互动点评环节对大家的发言给予简明点评，并有针对性地回答了大家在发言中提出的问题。
