以心相交 成其久远
尼泊尔驻华大使利拉·马尼·鲍德尔，是丝路青年论坛和我个人的好朋友。两年多以来我们双方一直为两国青年的交流与发展不断努力。鲍德尔在华任职期间，为两国青年的交流、民心相通和世代友好做了非常多的工作。他风度翩翩儒雅的气质，带有与众不同的中文幽默、敬业及智慧给我留下了深刻的印象，我们的合作顺畅而愉快。在他任职期间，从2017年中尼两国政府签署关于“一带一路”倡议下开展合作的谅解备忘录，到2019年缔结铁路合作、边境运输等一系列重要的双边协定；从2018年和2019年尼泊尔总理奥利阁下和总统班达里夫人分别访问中国，到2019年10月，习近平主席访问尼泊尔，将“跨喜马拉雅”多维合作、打造喜马拉雅地区人类命运共同体开辟了新纪元。
我们用行动共同践行共建“一带一路”发展理念，建立发展与繁荣的世代友好的战略合作伙伴关系已经成为我们共同的任务和理想。从第一次参观丝路商旅文系列展览到为《丝路百科》杂志发出美好寄语，从出席丝路青年论坛讲话到参加丝路青年论坛·中国尼泊尔青年合作会议和各项互访活动，我们已经有了很多共识，建立了深厚的情感。相信我们用心相交的友谊会持之以恒，我们的交流合作也会不断拓展，一定能把中尼跨越喜马拉雅的友谊推向新高度。2020新年伊始新冠疫情发生后，尼泊尔政府和大使通过多种方式，表达对中国抗击疫情的支持，给大家加油鼓劲和我们并肩战斗在这个特殊的战场。鲍德尔组织和带动尼泊尔驻华大使馆的员工全中文录制为中国和武汉加油的视频,让我们倍受感动。海内存知己，天涯若比邻，在未来的岁月期待我们共同努力推动人文交流，促进民心相通，增强中尼青年多领域交流与合作，让“跨越喜马拉雅”的坚实友谊开出更美丽的花，结出更丰硕的果。Heart-to-heart Exchanges Can Last Long
Deepening Friendship Across the HimalayasYang Dongping (the Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Silk Road Youth Forum)Nepal ’s ambassador to China, Leela Mani Paudyal, is a good friend of the Silk Road Youth Forum and myself. Over the past two years, we have been working hard for the exchange and development of the youth between China and Nepal.During his tenure in China, Paudyal made a lot of contributions to the exchanges between the young people, people-to-people bond, and the long-standing friendship for the two countries. His personable and elegant temperament, with his distinctive Chinese humor, dedication and wisdom left a deep impression on me. Our cooperation was smooth and enjoyable.The relations between China and Nepal have made new breakthroughs during his term of office, the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding under the Belt and Road Initiative in 2017, and concluded a series of important bilateral agreements such as railway cooperation and border transportation in 2019; from Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli, the Prime Minister of Nepal, and Nepalese President Bidhya Devi Bhandari visited China in 2018 and 2019 respectively, by October 2019, President Xi Jinping visited Nepal, opening up a new era of trans-Himalayan Multi-Dimensional cooperation and building a community with a shared future for mankind in the Himalayas area.We practice together to build the development concept of the Belt and Road, and to achieve a Strategic Partnership of Cooperation Featuring Ever-lasting Friendship for Development and Prosperity has become our common duty and ideal. From visiting the Silk Road Business Travel and Cultural Series Exhibition for the first time to sending a beautiful message on the Silk Road Encyclopedia magazine; from making speeches at the Silk Road Youth Forum activities to participating in the Silk Road Youth Forum·China-Nepal Youth Cooperation Conference and various visits, we have reached many consensus and built a deep emotion. Believe us the friendship that is cherished by heart will be persistent, and our exchanges and cooperation will continue to expand, which will take China-Nepal friendship across the Himalayas to a new height.When the Novel Coronavirus epidemic broke out in early 2020, the Nepalese government and ambassador have expressed their support for China's fight against the epidemic in various ways, cheering everyone up and fighting alongside us in this special battlefield. Paudyal organized and motivated the staff of the Embassy of Nepal in China to record a video to cheer up for China and cheer up for Wuhan in Chinese, which moved us a lot.If you have a bosom friend within the Four Seas, even at the world’s end he remains close to you. In the coming years, we look forward to working together to develop people-to-people and cultural exchanges and foster better understanding between people.In addition, enhancing the communications and cooperation between the youth of China and Nepal.
